The TouchGuard Elite's fake password anti-peeping design enables entering garbled characters before and after the correct password. This method will effectively protect your and your families personal safety.

To Add a user for the first time simply press the setting button and the blue light will flash. Then press your finger 5 times until the green light is always on, indicating success, the entry is completed and the setting is automatically exited.

For the second addition, simply press the setting button and the blue light will flash. Verify the administrator once. If the verification is successful, the blue light will be always on. Enter a new fingerprint and press the finger 5 times until the green light is always on, indicating success of operation.

To delete a fingerprint, simply press and hold the setting button for 9 seconds to observe the blue light flashing and the red light flashing after 9 seconds. Release the hand and the green light will appear indicating that the factory reset is successful.

Note: The first 3 fingerprints users are administrators while the fourth and subsequent fingerprints are ordinary users.

Absolutely, when the TouchGuard Elite's battery is seriously low or the battery is completely exhausted, you can use the spare key to open the door. Furthermore, this door knob has it's own USB charging port, it can also temporarily be power supplied when connected to a mobile power bank.

The Tuya Smart app can be found on Google Play store. Features of the Tuya App are real-time management, door opening record access, checking door lock status such as networking status, unlocking record, abnormal alarm, remote unlocking and power reminder.
